Blogger outreach
- The number of bloggers you want to work with
- The niche and influence of the bloggers
- The scope and complexity of the campaign, for example content creation and promotion
- Outreach in multiple languages and markets
We contact bloggers and publishers in your niche, negotiate the placements, and send you a list of interested sites to approve. You choose the bloggers and approve the content before it goes live.
What you get
Trusted by brands and agencies we’ve worked with
How it works
Five steps, from brief to live post. Fresh outreach takes time to find interested bloggers, so if you need it faster we can start from blogs in our pre-vetted connections.
Tell us your niche, markets, metrics and budget.
We share matching sites, or start outreach.
You pick from the shortlist; we negotiate.
Blogger, us or you write it; you approve it.
Published, with weekly updates. You pay once live.
We start with your preferences: your niche, your SEO requirements (DA, DR, organic traffic, language and location) and your budget.
Then we look at the backlink profiles of your top five organic search competitors to spot opportunities. We also use Google search, blog directories, blogger communities and social media to find relevant blogs, and we collect contact details for each site that already links to your competitors.
For each site we log what it publishes, its style guidelines, content restrictions, niche relevancy and publishing goals, so every pitch is tailored. We then pitch article ideas and send you the list of bloggers who are interested.
If you want a full-service package with both outreach and content placement, see our guest posting service.
Pricing
The cost of blogger outreach varies with several factors. We build customizable packages around your budget and goals and give you a personalized quote. You pay after your placements are live.
Blogger outreach puts your brand in front of a blog’s readers, with a mention or a link in an article the blogger publishes. Done well, it brings referral traffic, brand visibility and links from relevant sites. It doesn’t guarantee rankings, traffic or sales.
The blogs are independent, so the final say on the article is theirs. Most posts and links stay in place, but we can’t promise every one will stay live forever. If one is removed, we try to re-establish it or secure a replacement.
Google has said that links are important but overestimated, and that a site can rank without them. Its spam policies say buying or selling links for ranking purposes is link spam, and that paid links are acceptable when they are marked rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow". Whether a blogger labels a placement depends on the blogger and the country. If a placement will carry a label, we tell you before you approve the site, and you decide whether to go ahead.

FAQ
Check our answers to the basic questions about blogger outreach. Chat with us if you have others.
Blogger outreach means contacting bloggers and publishers to get your brand, content or link onto their sites. The aim is to build relationships so they publish content that features your brand. Depending on the agreement, that can lead to guest posts, brand mentions, product reviews, sponsored content or interviews. We can arrange natural mentions, detailed reviews or subtle product placements that fit your brand’s voice and the blogger’s style.
Guest posting is one form of blogger outreach. Outreach can also cover other partnerships with bloggers, such as product reviews or collaborations that go beyond a single post. Influencer marketing usually means social media creators making visual or video content, while blogger outreach focuses on written content on blogs. Our guest posting service is the full package of outreach and content placement, and our guide to guest blogging vs blogger outreach goes deeper.
Yes. You review a shortlist of interested bloggers and choose the ones you want. If you already have specific bloggers in mind, we include them in the campaign. You get final approval on the content before it goes live, whether the blogger writes it, our team writes it, or you supply your own.
You work with a dedicated outreach manager who adapts to your schedule. Every week you get an update on the links and placements we are securing, in Google Sheets or another method you prefer. We don’t report on traffic, leads or sales, but you can follow referral traffic from the new links in your own analytics.
A campaign can take from a few weeks to several months, depending on its scope. Fresh outreach takes time to find interested bloggers. For faster results, we can start from blogs in our pre-vetted connections. Once you approve the content, links usually go live within 24–72 hours, and you are invoiced once your links are live.
Sometimes. It depends on the publisher and the country: some label paid content, and in some markets the law requires it. If a placement will carry a label, we tell you before you approve the site, and you decide whether to go ahead.
Google’s spam policies (updated August 2026) say buying or selling links for ranking purposes is link spam, and that paid links are acceptable when they are marked rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow". That’s why we tell you, before you approve a site, whether a placement will be labeled. We can’t promise how Google treats any single link. Our guides to buying backlinks and link rel attributes explain more.
Most links and posts stay in place. Because we work with independent bloggers, we can’t guarantee every link will stay live forever. If a post or link is removed, which is rare, we try to re-establish it or secure a replacement.
If you want a change after publication, we can ask the blogger, but the final decision is theirs.
Yes. We have connections with bloggers worldwide and run outreach in multiple languages and regions, working with native bloggers to secure placements on local domain (TLD) sites. Learn more about our multilingual link building.
Yes, but they are not the whole picture. Studies show that AI tools often cite pages that do not rank in Google’s top 10, and that how often a brand is mentioned across the web goes hand in hand with how visible it is in AI answers. Google says no special optimization is needed for its AI features. So we build links that help your pages rank, and placements that put your brand on relevant sites. We cannot promise rankings or AI mentions. The evidence, with sources, is in our guide to the future of link building.
Tell us your niche and markets. We’ll reach out and send you a list of bloggers to choose from.
